Summer School Amsterdam 23

 

This summer school took place in the dutch area of the wadden sea. It offered a unique opportunity to explore the delicate balance between humans and animals and plants in the context of the Wadden Sea. The participants understood and explored the role that landscape architects can play in shaping the future of the landscape amidst changing physical circumstances, as well as meeting the wishes and requirements of the people and animals. Through a combination of mud walk, field trip with artist, lectures, and workshop, this summer school provided a platform for participants to learn about the challenges facing the Wadden Sea and to develop innovative ideas for the future of the landscape. Participants had the opportunity to engage with experts in various fields and to collaborate with fellow participants from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
